- Setting up
programs to prepare Korean
students for the college
application process and for
future college attendance
- Counseling
students in Korean and English
about current educational issues
such as class scheduling, school
adjustment, study habits, etc.

Counseling
students in Korean and English
regarding the students' plans
for their
academic careers, including
choosing a major and choosing a
college or university
- Coordinating
with school management to invite
college and university
recruiters to the school for
information and interview days
to help students find the best
institution for them after their
training at the school
- Counseling
students in Korean and English
regarding the students' career
goals
- Coordinating
with school management to invite
Korea-based professionals or
company representatives to the
school, for career briefings and
Q and A sessions
- Observing
and evaluating students'
performance, behavior, social
development, and physical
health; making constructive
recommendations when deemed
necessary

Administering personality tests
and using other evaluation tools
to help students determine their
best career paths.
