To sign up, fill out the form below and call (408) 374-5066 to pay with credit card or with MoneyGram. In addition to this form, you will need to have the following:

Financial Statement: Must be filled out by you or your sponsor to verify that you have the required funds funds available for your education.
Bank Statement: Letter on bank stationary verifying the availability of funds.(Min. @15,000/year) It must be in English and show the balance in US dollars.
Fees: US $200 non-refundable application fee, US $200 Dept. of Homeland Security Fee, Health & Accident Insurance US $75 per month, and US $70 FedEx fast mailing fee (optional). Checks must be paid to: California College of Communications
Letter of Intent: A short letter written by you explaining your reasons for studying at CalCC.

(Applications that do not contain all of these items may slow down processing and prevent timely admission.)
