Room Rentals

CalCC offers rental space for Conferences, Seminars, Workshops, Celebrations, Fairs and Boutiques! We have fully equipped spaces for your meeting, training, celebration, and sales needs. Standard rate applies for all users. Non-profit groups receive a 15% discount.

General Fees:
1. A non-refundable Reservation Processing Fee of $15 applies to all reservations.
2. A rental deposit equal to 50% of the total rental fee is due when reservation is made.
3. A refundable Security/Damage deposit of $100 is required for reservation.

Special Service Fees:

1. Day Care Services		$6/hr per child
2. A/V Specialist in attendance at event		$25/hr (2 hr. min.)
3. Kitchen Coordinator		$25/hr (2 hr. min.)
4. Coffee/tea services		$1.00 per person
5. LCD Projector and screen		$100 per day

Any other special services can be arranged upon request.

Refund Policy:
If cancellation occurs less than 48 hours from the beginning of the event, 10% of the total rental fee will be kept. Otherwise, everything except the Reservation Processing Fee will be returned.

All rental expenses are tax deductible since AmericaEd is a non-profit public benefit organization.

There will be no smoking or drinking alcoholic beverages allowed in our facility.
